About Us

Lyte Logistics was first founded on March 22nd 2023, where we had the aim to create a fun community that everyone feels welcome in as well as making sure no rules are broken both within Discord and In-Game.
 
Back in 2023, we were growing at a steady pace and started to attend a few convoys and had a good time. Unfortunately, despite our initial enjoyment, Lyte Logistics faced challenges that led to its closure.
 
However, we have learnt from our past experiences and are excited to announce the reopening of our VTC. With a renewed focus on creating a positive and welcoming community, we are committed to upholding the rules and values that make our Discord and in-game experience enjoyable for all. As we embark on this new chapter, we look forward to growing our convoy attendance and building a stronger, more inclusive VTC that reflects the ideas we set out to achieve in 2024.

Learn How The Recruitment Phase Works

Phase 1

Embark on the first step of an exhilarating journey with us by applying to our company. Phase 1 of our recruitment process is designed to allow us to gather an understanding of who you are and the unique interests that set you apart from others. To begin this process, locate the "Apply" buttons, placed at both the top and bottom of each page, to start your application.

Phase 2

After you have submitted your application, our recruitment team will be notified about this. From here, they will review your application and determine whether or not you are suitable for our company. If you do not get accepted, you will receive a message from the recruiter who will explain the reason for the rejection. If you are accepted, then you will progress onto Phase 2 of the recruitment phase. This phase is where we put your driving skills to the test. We want to ensure that everyone in our company is a safe and professional driver. In order to represent this, we take our drivers on a driving test that is lead by our examination team.

Phase 3

If you fail your driving test, you will be provided resources by our examination team that will allow you to reflect and learn from the mistakes that you have made. If you pass, you are now officially apart of Lyte Logistics. From this stage, you can now represent our company, participate in events, and start clocking some miles.
